Job Description
Administrative Work
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the day to day production/operations support
- Responsible for general filing and updating of documents into computer system records
- Ensure accuracy of daily stocks record
- Conduct PPE end month stock taking
Other Miscellaneous
Responsibilities:
- Handling stakeholder enquiries
- Monthly distribution of PPE
- Any ad hoc tasks assigned by management
