TEAGIF VENTURES PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Admin Assistant to efficiently manage day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will ensure smooth workflows by handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and maintaining office supplies. Additionally, the Admin Assistant will provide support with data entry, document management, and general office tasks.

Requirements:

• Nitec, diploma or equivalent; a degree in administration is a plus.
• Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidentiality.
