Job Description
- Handle phone calls from clients.
- Check emails and respond to clients’ enquiries.
- Job planning, manpower planning.
- Check job schedules and arrange necessary documents and parts for the jobs.
- Admin duties like sorting suppliers’ delivery orders and invoices.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Familiar with Word/Excel/Outlook Office Software.
- Job training will be provided.
