Job Description
ZAP PILING PTE LTD is seeking a motivated Admin Assistant to join our team at the Singapore Changi Airport (T5) project site. The successful candidate will play a vital role in maintaining project documentation, contracts, and files to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Organizing and maintaining project documentation and files
- Assisting in preparing and filing project reports and documents
- Drafting replies and managing correspondence
- Supporting project managers with general office tasks
Please note that this position is open to SC / SPR candidates only.
