Job Description

  • Coordinate Activities: Responsible for ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Teamwork: Divide responsibilities among administrative staff to boost performance.
  • Manage Agendas and Appointments: Handle travel, appointments, and meetings for upper management.
  • Handle Correspondence: Manage emails, letters, packages, and calls.
  • Support Bookkeeping and Budgeting: Aid in financial procedures.
  • Maintain Records: Create and update databases with personnel and financial data.
  • Track Office Supplies: Ensure timely supply replacements to avoid disruptions.
  • Prepare Reports and Presentations: Submit reports and support proposals and presentations.
