Job Description
SB EXPRESS LOGISTICS PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Admin cum Customer Service professional. The role involves managing incoming phone calls, liaising with clients and staff, and handling billing inquiries. Proficiency in MS Office and English, as well as problem-solving skills, are essential.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary, CPF, and annual leave benefits.
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9 am – 6 pm) and Saturday (9 am – 1:30 pm).
