Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Admin Cum Receptionist to join our team at Globaltronic Precision Pte Ltd. This full-time, permanent position requires working from Monday to Friday, from 08:30 AM to 05:45 PM.

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in visitors and manage incoming phone calls.
• Maintain a well-organized reception lobby and meeting rooms.
• Order and oversee office supplies and pantry necessities.
• Provide general administrative support, including data entry and filing.

Job Requirements:

• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

Salary: $1,800.00 – $2,200.00 per month. Additional leave benefits offered.
