Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Admin to join our team at DING SING ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting other department heads with people management matters. Key responsibilities include administering job descriptions, managing the annual performance management exercise, reviewing compensation structures, and leading the HR/Admin team.
The Admin will also handle employee grievances, ensure the delivery of HR services, and develop HR policies in compliance with local laws. This role offers a dynamic environment for personal and professional growth.
