Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
- Handle phytosanitary certificates, import/export declarations
- Coordinate with suppliers and shipping lines
- Liaise with customers for documentation
- Assist with HR support and fruit packing as needed
- Work from home some weekends for air cargo permits
Requirements:
- Minimum A-level/Diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years admin experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good communication skills
- 5-day work week (Mon-Fri), 8am-5pm
