Job Description
Industry/ Organization Type: Service Provider/Consultancy Firm
Position Title: Admin Executive
Working Location: Pioneer
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm
Salary Package: Up to $3,00 + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct phone calls, organize correspondence and answer inquiries, providing excellent customer service to external and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system with effective document control for easy retrieval and use.
- Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
- Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers.
- Maintain contact lists, schedule appointments, and manage travel arrangements for staff.
- Prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports.
- Support staff onboarding and update company databases.
- Organize company events or meetings and arrange for necessary resources.
- Ensure efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the office.
- Other ad-hoc duties.
