Job Description
AUSTIN ENERGY (ASIA) PTE LTD is seeking a qualified Admin Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing quotations for essential products and services, summarizing vendor options for management decisions, verifying invoices monthly, and ensuring effective communication with office cleaners.
The ideal candidate should possess a minimum of 3 years of office administration experience, demonstrate exceptional organization and time-management skills, and exhibit strong oral and written communication abilities. Experience with corporate events, vehicle fleet management, and travel bookings is advantageous.
