Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide general office administrative support and assist in recruiting
- Prepare and maintain documents using Microsoft Office
- Assist with monthly Payroll computation and checking
- Respond to general inquiries from internal and external parties
- Ensure efficient use, maintenance, and management of office equipment and resources
- Handle office supply requisitions such as stationery and hardware
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
