Job Description

Job Description:
- Process all incoming Purchase Requisitions (PRs).
- Maintain PR register and work order numbering system.
- Update Works orders in the JDE system.
- Manage vendor assessments for contractors.
- Liaise with subcontractors regarding document submissions.
- Compile reports on weekly status of Works Order and PR.
- Provide administrative support to the Sub-contracting Department.
Job Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ level or Diploma holder.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marine shipyard.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Preferred candidates residing in the west area.
