Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Answering telephone calls.
- General admin tasks such as data entry, invoicing, and assisting in the preparation of reports.
- Ordering stationary and filing documents.
- Maintaining leave records.
- Providing administrative and clerical support to the department.
Requirements:
- Pleasant personality.
- Good attention to detail.
- No age limits.
Benefits:
- Working hours from 8.30 am to 5 pm, 5 days a week.
- 18 days of annual leave.
