Job Description

We are currently seeking a talented and enthusiastic Admin Executive to join our team. As an Admin Executive, you will be responsible for managing administrative tasks and supporting our day-to-day operations. This position requires excellent organizational and multitasking skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office documentation and records
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communication, including emails and phone calls
  • Assist in managing office supplies and inventory
  • Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
