Job Description
PROTECH ALLIANCE LLP is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining our company’s social media platforms, handling customer inquiries through various channels, and performing data entry tasks such as processing inquiries, quotations, and sales orders.
You will work closely with our admin team to provide customers with the best possible experience, check purchase orders for accuracy, monitor inventory levels, and manage customer order fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery. Additionally, you’ll address customer feedback and inquiries via email, live chat, and phone calls.
