Job Description
- Prepare Agreements for Subcontractors, Tenants, and Employees
- Renew Trade licenses
- Apply Government grants and TOL for project sites
- Arrange Insurances for contracts/projects
- Draft correspondences and respond to emails
- Maintain accurate records of documents
- Assist in the renewal of ISO standards
- Display monitoring and good follow-up skills with the tasks entrusted
- Assist management in adhoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Good command of English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Responsible, organized, and multitask
- Able to communicate with all levels
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent
- Preferred at least 2 years working experience in a related field
- Candidates without relevant experience are welcomed to apply. On-the-job training will be provided.
- Those who can start work immediately or on short notice will have a high chance of being shortlisted.
- Singapore residents only and those who do not require a pass.
