Job Description
ZENO EXHIBITION PTE. LTD. is looking for a dedicated Admin Executive to join our Sales & Project team. The ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support, including the preparation of vital documents such as purchase orders, delivery orders, sales orders, and tax invoices.
Key responsibilities include coordinating both internal and external aspects of purchase orders, assisting in purchasing, liaising with suppliers and customers regarding delivery schedules, collating documents for project handover, and submitting paperwork to the organizer. Additional administrative duties may be assigned as needed.
