Job Description
Handle administrative matters about residents related activities and booking of facilities
Responsible for daily bookkeeping duties
Filing documents and answering phone calls
Recording feedback from residents and redirecting to the supervisor
Performing other administrative duties as instructed by the supervisor
Working 5 days per week including weekends and public holidays
Able to work on different shifts: Morning Shift from 8.30 am to 6 pm or Afternoon Shift from 1 pm to 10 pm (including a one-hour meal break)
Work location is at Bayshore Road, Upper East Coast
