Job Description
Landsfield Property Consultants Pte Ltd, a leading property management firm, is seeking a dedicated Admin Officer to join our dynamic team.
- Maintain a record of fixed assets and update regularly.
- Record incoming and outgoing mails daily.
- Keep a record of the movement of keys daily.
- Carry out typing, filing, and printing tasks.
- Issue car discs and facility passes as needed.
- Record complaints and redirect them to the Condominium Manager.
- Purchase stamps, stationery, and refreshments as required.
- Maintain leave records for site office staff.
