Job Description
As an Admin Operation, you will support daily operations at A & G Equipment. Your role includes managing schedules, handling customer communications, maintaining records, and ensuring efficient task completion.
Responsibilities:
- Main contact for equipment breakdowns.
- Gather information on reported issues.
- Keep customers informed about repair status.
- Ensure customer satisfaction post-resolution.
- Schedule repairs and maintain breakdown records.
Requirements: Good communication skills, 1 year of admin experience, GCE ‘O’ Level or ‘N’ Level preferred.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,00.00 – $2,300.00 per month
