Job Description

Learners Hub is looking for a part-time Admin & Ops Assistant who is adept at working with technology, proficient in using digital applications, and thrives in a collaborative team environment.

General Information:

• $10 / hour
• 2-3 working days / week
• 8:30AM to 6:00PM
• 1-hour lunch break
• English proficiency and digital+computer skills are a must
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Duties:

• Registration of course participants and Front desk duties
• Customer queries handling via phone calls, email, and WhatsApp
• Scheduling and Arrangements of courses
• Maintaining course notes and classroom condition
• Follow up on after-course administration and payments
• Hosting Zoom/E-learning courses
• Simple website maintenance
• Equipment and pantry maintenance
• Report Compilation
• Other administrative tasks as assigned
• Proficient in Excel and formulas
