Job Description
- Manage day-to-day operations supporting Sales and Technical teams including processing, quotations, purchase orders, invoices, etc.
- Liaise and coordinate customer requests and deliveries.
- Provide excellent support and customer service to new and existing customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests.
- Liaise with suppliers from Singapore and Overseas.
- Handle general sales administrative duties.
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable transactions.
- Take photos of products and services for daily social media posts.
- Handle any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the manager and management.
