Job Description
- Attend to all incoming calls on sales inquiries.
- Provide support to Sales team on appointment setting and coordination work.
- Preparation of sales quotation and follow up with customers on confirmed sales orders.
- Process sales orders, schedule onsite installations, and implementation.
- Assist and coordinate scheduling onsite installations.
- Work closely with Sales and Technical team.
- Perform any other related administrative duties as assigned by superiors.
