Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Admin Executive to support our finance and service teams at ST Recruitment Centre, a local SME specializing in IT services and equipment. You will assist in billing matters, generate service quotations, prepare documentation for engineers, and compile weekly and monthly reports. The role requires effective communication and organization skills to liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams, ensuring adherence to PDPA standards in document submissions.
This full-time position offers a salary of S$2500 with a 5-day work week at our Jurong East HQ, accommodating approximately 80-100 employees.
