Job Description
FORBIS HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking to recruit an Administration Assistant for a secondment to MOE Primary School located in Tampines.
Contract Period: 01 January 2025 to 31 December 2025.
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm (1 hour lunch break)
- Fridays: 8:30am to 5:30pm (1 hour lunch break)
- No service required on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Responsibilities: General reception duties, assist students, manage email accounts, support administration projects, and more.
Qualifications: GCE “O” Level or WSQ certificates, 2 years of experience preferable.
