Job Description
Synergia Advisory Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and organized Administration Assistant to join our team. This full-time position involves general administrative duties such as:
- Preparing, organizing, and storing information
- Handling queries via phone and email
- Managing schedules and meetings
- Taking minutes and typing reports
- Updating records and maintaining systems
- Liaising with suppliers and departments
