Job Description
- Provide front-desk service duties, such as handling incoming calls, attending walk-in visitors, managing incoming mails and fax, handling courier services, etc.
- Manage and maintain cleanliness of office areas, order stationaries, supplies, coordinate services, etc.
- Perform administrative tasks like filing, typing, copying, and scanning.
- Maintain records, update paperwork, and document procedures as required.
- Schedule appointments, support meetings and events coordination.
- Handle requests from senior managers, correspondence, and queries.
- Assist in accounting matters, purchasing, and provide general office support duties.
