Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support for effective office services.
- Coordinate drivers’ schedules and make travel arrangements.
- Manage official documents and source suppliers.
- Assist with event coordination and prepare memos.
- Cover reception duties as needed.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline and 3 years of marine industry experience.
- Strong event planning skills and Microsoft Office proficiency.
