Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support to the Singapore District Business Officer
- Assist in minute-taking for various boards
- Handle insurance policy matters
- Manage pool vehicles at THQ
- Maintain an administration procedure manual
- Attend educational workshops to stay updated
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree with 1-2 years experience in Business Administration
- Proactive with excellent time management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks
