Job Description

We are a food factory looking for a versatile Administration Executive to manage administrative tasks in various departments. Responsibilities include:

Processing invoices and coordinating deliveries;
Managing raw material procurement;
Keeping payment records and liaising with finance team;
Overseeing office chores like water bills and rent.

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience, fresh grads welcome;
Willingness to learn and strong work ethic;
Good communication and coordination skills;
Team player with ability to handle work pressures;
Minimum education: secondary school or above.
