- In charge of the day-to-day administrative operation of the Clinic
- In charge of the Clinic’s Staff and Customer Scheduling
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and feedback via email, WhatsApp, and phone call
- Assist in processing orders, and ensuring administrative documents are in line with HQ
- Provide ad hoc admin support to the department if assigned
Job Requirement
- Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills
- Good Conversational and Written English and Chinese
- Able to work as a team and independently
- Proficient in MS Office Application
- With related administrative work experience would be a bonus
- 5.5 days work week
