Online Banking:

Manage online banking accounts, monitor transactions, and maintain records securely. Collaborate with finance for seamless fund transfers.

Document Preparation:

Prepare sales contract, invoices, and shipping documents in compliance with company policies and regulations. Coordinate with relevant departments.

Inventory Coordination:

Monitor inventory, collaborate for restocking, and resolve discrepancies to ensure efficient order fulfillment.

Administrative Support:

Provide general administrative assistance, recruitment, manage communication, and maintain records.
