Job Description
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend to residents’ feedbacks
- Handle and maintain proper records of enquiries or complaints from residents/tenants, manage petty cash, and book facilities
- Establish and maintain a proper filing system
- Maintain inventory of office stationery and equipment maintenance records, and perform general administrative duties
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or relevant ITE certificate with at least 1 year of working experience
- Proficient in MS Office
- Pleasant personality and able to work independently
- Good telephone etiquette and communication skills
