Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- In charge of the front of house/reception area to meet and greet guests professionally
- Coordinate conference room bookings
- Handle office staff’s couriers, documents, and letters
- Screen incoming calls, take messages, transfer calls, and arrange conference calls
- Assist in senior executives’ calendars and expense reports
- Coordinate office staff duties and events
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive issues
- Perform general administrative duties and support projects
REQUIREMENTS
- 4-5 years of corporate experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Prior experience in financial services, concierge, or hospitality preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- Service-oriented, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Ability to prioritize, work under pressure, and handle confidential matters
