Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate records of company-owned vehicles, including registration, insurance, and maintenance.
2. Coordinate vehicle assignments, usage, and scheduling for employees.
3. Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely servicing.
4. Administer company insurance policies and coordinate renewals.
5. Process insurance claims and maintain accurate insurance records.
6. Provide support for risk management initiatives and perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in vehicle and insurance management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
