Job Description
CAR TIMES AUTOMOBILE PTE LTD is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Executive.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Location: 61 Ubi Avenue 2, Automobile Megamart, #01-07, Singapore 408898
Benefits: AWS + Variable Bonus + Up to 21 days of Annual Leave
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate sales documents for cars.
- Manage car registrations and prepare delivery documents.
- Handle claims, invoicing, and sales records.
- Support the division head with tasks.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of administrative experience.
- GCE ‘O’ or ‘N’ Certificate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills.
