Job Description
CBM Pte Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality support to the organization by managing help desk duties, greeting visitors, and responding to incoming calls. Responsibilities include managing mail operations, implementing procedures, and providing administrative support for facilities-related functions. You will also assist in works procurement and contractor management, and handle ad-hoc assignments as directed by management. We are looking for individuals with O Levels or equivalent qualifications.
