Job Description
Join our team at Consolidated System (S) Pte Ltd as a full-time Administrative Assistant. This position is available Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with transport provided at Tuas West Road MRT Exit A.
Responsibilities include answering client calls, preparing quotations and invoices, and assisting with various administrative tasks. Proficiency in email and MS Word, along with strong customer service skills, is essential.
Salary is negotiable, ranging from $1,600.00 to $2,00.00 monthly, plus bonuses.
