Join CORPZAP PTE. LTD. as an Administrative Assistant! Your responsibilities will include:

• Incorporation of companies, including drafting and lodging documents on ACRA.
• Drafting and lodging documents for transactions such as share issuance or transfers.
• Filing on government platforms like ACRA and IRAS.
• Applying for work passes (Employment Pass, S Pass).
• Maintaining the clientele database and corresponding with clients.
• Liaising with banks for client bank account openings.
• Assisting clients with their annual statutory filing obligations.

The ideal candidate is communicative, problem-solving, team-oriented, eager to learn technical skills, and proactive in client solutions.
