Job Description
- Assist in timely and accurate monthly closing
- Fully control of inventory process
- In charge of purchasing and liaising with supplier
- Preparation of monthly reports
- Correspond for client’s emails and enquiries
- Maintenance of proper accounting records and filing system
- Preparation of payment for expenses, reimbursement and petty cash.
- Process business transactions via using ABSS system, such as Account payable, account receivable
- Preparation of invoice for clients
- Support operations and general day-to-day administrative duties
- Any other ad-hoc administrative work
