Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:

JOB OVERVIEW:
The Administrative Assistant will perform daily tasks including filing, taking phone calls, and checking emails. You will assist walk-in customers with orders, collections, and inquiries, playing a vital role in generating sales opportunities.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clerical duties: checking emails, answering phones, preparing documents
- Data management in spreadsheets and reports
- Customer service: receive orders, check prices, and collections
- Assist with measurement taking for customers
