KIM HENG MARINE & OILFIELD PTE LTD is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our Managing Director (MD) with various administrative tasks.

• Manage busy diary commitments, papers, and travel arrangements effectively, including creating a daily folder with the necessary documents.
• Conduct daily diary meetings with the MD to discuss upcoming projects.
• Coordinate travel and accommodation requirements to align with the MD’s needs.
• Take minutes during general meetings and conduct research on behalf of the MD.
• Ensure guests meeting with the MD are well attended to.
