Job Description
Kinetica Pte. Ltd. is a professional services firm providing a range of corporate services. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Corporate Secretarial team.
- Handle inbound/outbound mails and local/international couriers.
- Assist with document filing and organization.
- Maintain document storage and inventory lists.
- Support ACRA filings and other corporate tasks (training provided).
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels / Diploma.
- Good MS Office and communication skills.
- Meticulous with strong organizational abilities.
