Job Description
We are looking for a competent Administrative Assistant/Executive to provide personalized administrative support in a fast-paced and timely manner.
Job Scope:
- Arrange deliveries and all related activities, prepare documents, and maintain records.
- Arrange and update delivery list on defects and rectifications works.
- Attend to customers’ inquiries pertaining to pre-delivery issues.
- Prepare and consolidate delivery schedule.
- Prepare, check, and receipt update of Delivery Order (DO).
- Checking and verifying all the invoices.
- Ensure proper receiving and check incoming goods.
- Maintain proper records/files/registers and other required documents for the above areas of operation.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Able to communicate well in English in order to liaise with customers.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Knowledge of ACCPAC system is an added advantage.
Other Information:
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm) (Alt).
Nearest MRT: Tai Seng MRT Station.
