Job Responsibilities:
- Booking of meeting rooms and venues for off-site meetings.
- Assist the team in taking notes and key points during meetings.
- Organising and filing office documents.
- Managing various online platforms subscription and access rights.
- Other ad-hoc office administration support as directed by management staff.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
