Job Description
We are looking for a full-time Accounts and Administrative Assistant to assist in managing our Interior Design team.
Job Scope includes:
- Check and issue receipts of payment from clients
- Maintain bookkeeping/accounting records using Xero
- Data entry
- Assist in staff claims
- Assist in company administrative matters
- Assist in managing and coordinating suppliers
- Experience in construction/interior design firms is a plus
