Job Description
TNB BUILDER PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will assist in various administrative tasks, support the Administrative Manager, and handle any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in all administrative duties assigned.
- Support the Administrative Manager with appointments and administrative tasks.
- Perform any ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level.
- At least 1 year of administrative experience.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
