Job Description:

• Handle reception of visitors and phone call transfers
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
• Maintain office supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency
• Work permit applications, course registration, and maintenance of work permit data entry
• Support team in daily administrative tasks

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience as an assistant clerk in the construction industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office management software
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
