Job Description
Yi Hui Metals Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will handle various administrative tasks including answering phone calls for orders, issuing invoices and delivery orders, and managing daily inventory updates.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer phone calls for orders
- Issue invoices & delivery orders
- Tally daily inventory & update management
- Provide daily sales updates
Requirements: Minimum 1 year experience, proactive, computer savvy.
Compensation: $1,700.00 – $2,200.00 per month plus benefits.
